Talent Manager

Role Overview

Amore Influence is looking for a full-time Talent Manager to help run daily operations across a curated creator roster and contribute to growth through new business. The agency works with creators in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, and home, with a focus on thoughtful brand partnerships, deal negotiation, and long-term career development.

This position is based in Chicago, IL, and requires candidates to live in Chicago or nearby. Applicants outside the local market will not be considered. The setup is hybrid, with one in-person day required each week.

The team is small, fast-moving, and relationship-focused, so this role needs someone who can work independently, take initiative, and manage both talent and brand relationships with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication with talent, including timelines, updates, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate brand partnerships from initial outreach through final execution.
• Write tailored brand pitches and carry out proactive outreach to potential partners.
• Support deal discussions and negotiations with senior team members for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Spot and pursue partnership opportunities that align with each talent’s goals.
• Keep contracts, payment status, deadlines, and deliverables organized and up to date.
• Oversee campaign delivery to make sure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Help prepare and refresh talent decks, case studies, and performance summaries.
• Track industry movements and share relevant insights that can support talent growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of background in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior client-facing exposure.
• Ability to juggle several projects and priorities at once without losing track of details.
• Excellent organization and careful attention to accuracy.
• A self-starting, solution-focused approach with strong follow-through.
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, creator tools, and social trends.
• Genuine interest in the creator economy and digital media space.
• Dependable and consistent execution on a day-to-day basis.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role with salary-based compensation. The position is hybrid in Chicago, with one required in-person day per week. Candidates must already be located in Chicago or the surrounding area.
