Task Associate

Role Summary

The Task Associate supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on operational performance, teamwork, and process compliance. Core responsibilities include stocking fixtures, keeping the store clean, and completing assigned tasks accurately and on time. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role.

Key Duties

In this position, you will help support store goals by ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled and merchandise is ready for customers. You will also contribute to dashboard compliance, shipment processing, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures. The role requires consistent attendance, collaboration with teammates and guests, and participation in ongoing training to strengthen product and category knowledge.

You will be expected to follow company policies, procedures, and dress code, while also completing resets, planograms, displays, inventory activities, and shipment processing using company technology and approved practices. Additional expectations include keeping assigned areas stocked, faced, and signed, maintaining cleanliness across all store areas, protecting company assets through loss prevention practices, and handling other operational tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma is preferred. Candidates with around 1 year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent mix of education and related experience, are preferred. Comfort with basic technology, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and solid problem-solving ability are important.

Schedule and Working Conditions

This role requires a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, day shifts, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Work is performed on-site in the store and involves frequent movement throughout the location.

Working conditions include regular standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting. The job also involves frequent and/or continuous lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 lbs, along with repeated handling and coordination of objects during the shift.
