Role Overview
This is a Singapore office position that requires regular in-office presence. The role supports the sales function by keeping coordination, administration, and team operations running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.
Disney Cruise Line has grown into a major cruise operator since 1998, serving families, adults, and children with experiences across a wide range of global destinations. The business continues to expand, including its first Asia homeport in Singapore, and this role contributes to that growth by helping the Sales team execute priorities efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and partner teams.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure action points are followed through on time.
- Assist with sales reporting, short-term projects, and trade event coordination.
- Handle vendor onboarding steps and create purchase orders when required.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics for the team.
- Organize travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and visa support.
- Prepare meeting documents, capture minutes, and track follow-up items.
- Support travel and entertainment expense claims and submissions.
- Respond quickly to urgent tasks and requests from leadership.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once. This is a high-pace coordination role that calls for strong communication, sound judgement, and the ability to work closely with many stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Background in travel, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability with careful attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural, and fast-moving setting.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Professional, positive, mature, energetic, and dependable team player.
- English and Chinese fluency, both spoken and written, is preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
