Role Overview
JnS Education is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee student servicing, counselling support, performance tracking, and operational coordination for education consultancy activities in Dubai. The role combines student relationship management, lead handling, education guidance, team performance oversight, and compliance with internal processes and standards.
Key Duties
- Keep student records complete, organised, and up to date in line with management requirements.
- Review outcomes, assess evaluations, and share actionable feedback based on performance results.
- Track results against KPI targets and make adjustments where needed to stay aligned with objectives.
- Report to management on the progress of selling education services to prospective students.
- Accept work assignments from the line manager and submit monthly student conversion figures.
- Monitor staff performance and support effective team management.
- Help maintain a workplace that is safe, secure, and well-managed.
- Respond to student questions and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and assign them to appropriate team members.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective students through school visits and social media engagement.
- Advise students on Foundation, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate study options in the UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia.
- Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions to support academic and career development decisions.
- Guide students in selecting the university or programme that best matches their needs.
- Work effectively under target-driven pressure and communicate confidently with students.
- Support students through university and college application and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries from potential students and convert them into education service sales.
Workplace Expectations

Qualifications and Experience
- A graduation or postgraduation qualification in any discipline from a recognised and reputed university or institute.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the role of Senior Education Counsellor or Branch Manager.
- Strong knowledge of foreign education systems, including Cambridge and American curricula.
- Good understanding of credibility interviews and SOP assessment for students.
- Updated knowledge of student visa processes for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Awareness of international pathway provider systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with computers and everyday office technology.
- Background in training and study abroad education.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation.
