Role overview
Hornetsecurity is hiring an IT support specialist for its Berlin office at Ku'damm, available immediately. The position sits in the service desk team, where you will be the main point of contact for customers and sales partners. You will join an international environment with varied day-to-day work and engaging projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the cloud services delivered by Hornetsecurity and contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.
- Investigate and resolve issues faced by customers and sales partners when using Hornetsecurity services.
- Configure and review services from a technical perspective.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and partners through tickets, chat, and phone.
- Build and maintain internal and external knowledge articles, FAQs, and documentation.
- Work in a predictable shift schedule without night shifts.
Profile
Applicants should have completed IT training or hold an equivalent qualification. Career changers and entry-level candidates are welcome. The role calls for a strong customer and service mindset, excellent communication in both German and English, and ideally basic Linux knowledge. Reliability, solid organization, and an eagerness to learn and grow are also important.
