Test Security Specialist (Exam Proctor)

Role Overview

PSI is hiring a Test Security Specialist, also referred to as an Exam Proctor, to support the secure administration of computer-based exams across the United States. This position focuses on remote proctoring operations and requires a flexible schedule to match test center operating hours, with occasional evening and weekend coverage.

Pay: $21 per hour.

Work location: Onsite at 450 N. Stephanie Street, Henderson, NV 89014.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and proctor a range of high-stakes examinations remotely.
• Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all assessments administered.
• Help maintain the highest standards of test security at all times.
• Document incidents thoroughly through reports and written correspondence.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly queue performance reports.
• Support customer service calls and live chat interactions when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers at different levels.
• Handle additional duties related to the Online Assessments team as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Background in a testing environment or in invigilation/proctoring is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary, and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as safety instructions and operating or maintenance guides.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and resolve customer issues and technical or operational problems.
