Role Summary
The organization is looking for careful and observant Tile Picking Workers to examine tiles by hand on the production line and ensure that only acceptable products are passed forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Check tiles visually for any flaws or defects.
- Separate damaged or unsatisfactory tiles from the good stock.
- Work with consistency while maintaining both accuracy and pace.
- Keep the work area tidy and well arranged.
- Share quality-related observations with supervisors.
Qualification and Experience
- JHS or SHS certificate.
- Strong eyesight and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
- Basic English comprehension.
