Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Handle customer service through timely and accurate pickup and delivery of shipments in the field.
- Make sure shipments collected from the assigned route are properly connected and forwarded.
- Work on expanding and strengthening the territory or route.
- Increase business from the existing customer base along the route.
- Identify and generate sales leads.
- Continuously improve personal grooming and stay updated on product and operations knowledge.
- Share information about competitors in the market.

Requirements
