Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Check each vehicle thoroughly before parking it and record any relevant findings.
• Communicate valet pricing clearly to customers.
• Answer customer questions promptly and courteously.
• Follow traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Escalate accidents, hazards, unusual events, and policy breaches to management.
• Be familiar with local streets, landmarks, and highways so directions can be shared when needed.
• Arrive in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, on time and prepared to work.
• Wear the full uniform throughout the entire shift.
• Support management with other assigned duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• A valid state-issued driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving history are required.
• Ability to operate a manual-transmission vehicle is considered an advantage.
• Availability for special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and weekends, may be necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States must be provided if hired.
• Capability to share accurate information and handle customer concerns in a professional manner is expected.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, as well as understand instructions, short emails, and memos, is needed.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and stay composed while adjusting to changes, delays, and unexpected situations.
