Role Overview
This overnight valet position is ideal for someone who enjoys safe driving, working with people, and contributing to a service-focused team. The company emphasizes growth, teamwork, and the opportunity to build a career in parking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Check each vehicle thoroughly before parking it and record any relevant findings.
- Communicate valet pricing clearly to customers.
- Answer customer questions promptly and courteously.
- Follow traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
- Escalate accidents, hazards, unusual events, and policy breaches to management.
- Be familiar with local streets, landmarks, and highways so directions can be shared when needed.
- Arrive in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, on time and prepared to work.
- Wear the full uniform throughout the entire shift.
- Support management with other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state-issued driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving history are required.
- Ability to operate a manual-transmission vehicle is considered an advantage.
- Availability for special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and weekends, may be necessary.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States must be provided if hired.
- Capability to share accurate information and handle customer concerns in a professional manner is expected.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, as well as understand instructions, short emails, and memos, is needed.
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and stay composed while adjusting to changes, delays, and unexpected situations.
