This opportunity is for a video editor to shape a premium executive education course aimed at corporate leaders, managers, and business operators. The finished content should feel refined, thoughtful, and businesslike, with a focus on leadership, team effectiveness, and management growth. The editing style should be high-end, clear, and engaging, while avoiding rapid cuts, excessive noise, or an overly hard-sell corporate feel.

The project is fully remote and has a four-week delivery window. The final course will be distributed to paid subscribers. Sample raw footage and other reference material will be shared to help guide the editing approach.

Key deliverables

• Build and edit a multi-module executive education course from the provided video material.
• Maintain a consistent standard of audio and visual quality across every module.
• Use the supplied reference assets and any review comments to shape and improve the final edit.
• Produce polished videos that are appropriate for a professional corporate audience.
• Complete the work within four weeks and remain available for possible additional follow-up tasks.

Requirements

• Background in editing educational, corporate, or other professional video content.
• Confidence using standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to create clean, engaging, premium-looking edits without leaning on fast cuts or gimmicks.
• Strong eye for detail and the discipline to work from creative direction.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently while remote.
• Stable internet access and the ability to handle large video files reliably.
• Must be ready to begin immediately and work to the stated schedule.
