Role Overview
MST is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse activities in Singapore. The position centers on handling goods efficiently from receipt to dispatch, keeping stock records accurate, and assisting with logistics for warehouse and event-related work. The ideal person is practical, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with strong attention to timing and operational quality.
Key Duties
- Manage routine warehouse tasks such as receiving items, picking orders, packing products, and putting stock away while keeping the storage area tidy, safe, and well organized.
- Help ensure goods are delivered on schedule to outlets or customers, including preparing items, applying labels, and loading or unloading them safely.
- Maintain correct inventory records, track stock movement, flag any inconsistencies, and assist with stock take activities.
- Provide logistical support for events and take on other warehouse or operations-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics work is preferred, although fresh graduates and candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of common warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual work, including lifting and moving goods.
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work effectively with others.
- A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
- Must be open to flexible work hours and event support when required.

Additional Information
