Role Overview

The Warehouse Clerk supports day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle physical tasks, and comfort with paperwork and organized operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments and production needs.
• Support replenishment activities within the distribution area.
• Keep warehouse spaces clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking.
• Handle delivery driver duties when needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Support shipping and receiving workflows.
• Lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs as part of regular duties, and up to 50 lbs as required.
• Assist with production tasks when properly trained.
• Carry out other assignments provided by management.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete forms and paperwork correctly.
• Physically capable of handling packages up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card, or already have one.
• Ability to drive a box truck, or a willingness to learn.

Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
