About the role

An exciting entry-level opening is available in the Auckland warehouse for a Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role supports onsite solutions by handling the flow of goods through the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, scanning, storage, and dispatch.

Key duties

• Accept, scan, sort, and place incoming items onto shelving.
• Manage and monitor the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles and containers, both inbound and outbound.
• Use computer systems to check stock quantities and item locations.
• Organise the daily workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help maintain physical security across the operating area and follow correct stock tracking procedures.
• Look for practical ways to improve processes and strengthen service quality.
• Work closely with the team to support shared business goals.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

What you need to succeed

Applicants should bring some prior experience or exposure to warehousing, distribution, or logistics. The role suits someone who is dependable, organised, comfortable with hands-on work, and able to stay productive in a busy environment.

Work style and physical demands

• Capable of working on your own with strong time management so tasks are completed promptly.
• This is an active role involving movement of equipment, boxes, and pallets, along with picking and packing.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual handling.
• Able to use computers confidently and learn new inventory or scanning systems quickly.
• High attention to detail, particularly when handling technical stock and equipment.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing, or other fast-paced environments is an advantage.
• An interest in technology or familiarity with computer hardware is helpful, especially experience with PC gaming.
• Reliable, structured, and able to handle pressure well.

Additional requirement

A valid forklift licence is mandatory for this position.
