About the Role
This position supports the daily running of the Regional HR and Employee Experience teams. The scope combines workplace administration, human resources support, onboarding coordination, and the execution of employee experience initiatives.
Office Operations and Administration
- Keep the office running smoothly by managing everyday administrative tasks and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Handle office spending, track costs, and process invoices.
- Maintain inventory for office supplies, pantry items, and other procurement needs.
- Make sure workplace practices align with company policies, safety expectations, and local regulatory rules.
Facilities and Vendor Coordination
- Help plan and prepare the new office space, working with interior designers, contractors, and other outside partners.
- Manage relationships with service providers such as cleaners, maintenance teams, security staff, and co-working or property management teams.
- Support equipment installation, workspace planning, and general office improvements.
Employee Experience and Culture
- Plan and deliver company activities such as office open days, volunteer programs, and anniversary celebrations.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and team connection.
- Coordinate the practical arrangements for internal gatherings, team-building sessions, and culture-related events.
Brand and Event Support
- Assist with photo and video productions in the office to present the workplace and support employer branding.
- Support networking functions, partner visits, and media-related activities hosted at the office.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure events and promotional efforts align with brand values.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and HR, ideally with local market exposure.
- Working knowledge of core HR practices and statutory obligations such as CPF, IRAS, and MoM.
- Strong planning, communication, and people skills.
- Comfort handling confidential information with good judgment and the ability to work on your own.
- Experience with office renovation or relocation will be considered an advantage.
