Role overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for writers and authors in Canada. The role is structured as part-time work with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours. Compensation is set at $49 to $61 per hour.

What you will do

Review and refine AI-produced writing so it is clear, accurate, and aligned with style standards.
Create and improve training content and datasets that help AI models produce stronger narrative flow and better language quality.
Work alongside data science and machine learning teams by sharing feedback that can be used to improve training cycles.
Spot recurring issues in AI outputs and use those insights to help raise model quality and reduce mistakes.
Research modern writing practices and current trends to guide AI training approaches.
Share findings and suggestions clearly with both technical teams and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Demonstrated background as a writer, author, editor, or similar professional, supported by a solid portfolio of published work.
Strong command of written and spoken communication, with a sharp eye for detail and subtle meaning.
Comfort using AI tools, machine learning tools, or digital content creation platforms.
Ability to assess, revise, and strengthen both short-form and long-form content.
Well-developed organization, analysis, and time-management skills, especially in a remote working setup.
