Role overview

Wagners is looking for a Yardperson to join its Narangba concrete plant team. The position supports day-to-day plant operations and helps keep equipment, deliveries, and site activities running smoothly.

Key duties

• Support maintenance tasks for the batch plant and water treatment plant.
• Operate machinery and keep it clean and serviceable.
• Help with the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Work pattern and pay

• This is a full-time role offering an hourly wage with the chance to earn overtime.
• Work is mainly from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.
• Early start times are part of the schedule.

What you need

• A current C class driver’s licence is required; an HR licence would be an advantage.
• A valid White Card is essential.
• You should be comfortable working on your own and using your own initiative.
• The role is physically demanding, so a strong commitment to safe work practices is important.
