Role Overview
Provident India Services provides accounts payable support for restaurant clients based in the United States. In this role, you will manage invoice entry and payment-related accounting tasks to help ensure bills are recorded correctly, vendors are paid on time, and the financial records for each restaurant remain accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and process payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Keep accounts payable records current and well organized.
- Perform regular account reconciliations.
- Respond to vendor queries and correct any mismatches or issues.
- Prepare vendor payments and release them as required.
- Remain familiar with current accounting practices and policies.
- Support the team with other accounting-related duties when needed.
Candidate Profile
- A commerce graduate, preferably with a B.Com degree.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with strong Excel skills.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy.
- Well organized with good time management abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others.
