Role overview
Qatar Airways is undergoing a major transformation in how it serves customers, and this role sits within that change. Based in Central London, the Administration Coordinator will provide high-quality personal support to the Vice President of Sales while helping keep the regional office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the VP Sales diary, including scheduling and handling travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings and maintain an efficient calendar with careful diary control.
- Handle email communication when needed and prepare materials for important meetings and business updates.
- Respond to customer care queries by email and address internal issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare business documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with other departments and sections to ensure tasks are completed and activities stay aligned.
- Support HR with arranging inductions for new employees and help create a smooth onboarding experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration, celebrating achievements, and helping build a motivating workplace.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative or PA experience, preferably in a role supporting senior leaders. You should be highly organised, confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels, and able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. A strong command of Microsoft Office tools is essential, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
