Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping office operations organized and efficient. This position supports management and staff by managing routine administrative work, coordinating schedules, and handling records and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, correspondence, and general office support.
- Organize calendars, set up meetings, arrange travel, and coordinate appointments for management.
- Draft, revise, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, along with both digital and paper filing systems.
- Serve as a professional contact point for internal teams, clients, and outside stakeholders, including phone and email communication.
- Enter information accurately into systems such as Excel, ERP, or Talentera and prepare recurring reports when needed.
- Support HR-related activities such as onboarding documents, workforce requests, and employee record maintenance.
- Handle additional administrative assignments and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a similar discipline is required.
- Previous administrative experience of 1–2 years is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Well-developed organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
- Must be able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
