You will combine consulting-style problem solving with hands-on engineering, building solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 tools. The position involves turning business needs into practical AI applications using modern large language model and agent-based approaches. You will work closely with solution architects, consultants, and technical specialists to deliver client-facing solutions that create measurable business value through automation and intelligent agents.

Accountabilities

• Create and deliver AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Set up Copilot Studio agents, including prompts, workflows, skills, custom connectors, instructions, and human handoff flows.
• Connect solutions to enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and other business applications.
• Use LLM practices such as prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge grounding to improve output quality and reliability.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture choices, and engineering standards that support scalable AI delivery.
• Work with clients and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective AI solutions.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing refinement of AI-powered applications.
• Keep current with Microsoft AI advancements and apply new features where they can add value.

Requirements

• Background as a Software Developer, AI Developer, Chatbot Developer, Technical Consultant, or Power Platform Specialist in Microsoft environments.
• Practical experience with, or strong enthusiasm for, Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Working programming knowledge in JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar languages for integrations and custom development.
• Clear understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation concepts.
• Working knowledge of APIs, REST services, authentication approaches, and common enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to convert business requirements into solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and practical.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
• Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage.
