This position supports the loss prevention and security function at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Jeddah.   • Help ensure compliance with alcohol-control regulations and use approved code responses when requesting assistance.
  • Prepare the required paperwork for employees and support management with training, coaching, and motivation.
  • Act as a role model and the initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Follow company standards and procedures, report injuries, accidents, and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect confidential and proprietary information.
  • Greet guests professionally, recognize their needs proactively, and communicate with clear, courteous language.
  • Prepare and review written materials accurately, answer phones with proper etiquette, and build positive working relationships with team members.
  • Support team goals, listen to employee concerns, maintain quality standards, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
