Role overview
This position offers practical, hands-on leadership development for someone looking to grow into store management. It is designed to strengthen supervisory capability, coaching ability, enthusiasm for coffee and tea, and overall business judgement while learning what it takes to run a successful retail location.
You will gain experience through a blend of digital learning, classroom instruction, and guided mentorship. The role focuses on driving business performance, building strong teams, and creating a welcoming community space for customers.

Experience and background sought
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service management.

- A minimum of High School or GED education.
Requirements
- You must be able to provide legal documents proving your identity and your right to work in the country where you apply.
- This is a full-time position that routinely requires more than 40 hours per week.
- Working hours may vary and can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and benefits
The expected hiring range for this role is CAD 52,600 to CAD 63,050 per year. Base pay may differ depending on location, relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible team members may also take part in a bonus program, along with annual bean stock grants.
