Role Overview

This position is for an Associate Business Analyst in Bengaluru East, Karnataka. The role centers on supporting production network environments and resolving incidents with a strong mix of technical depth, communication, and ownership.

Core Technology Areas

• Aruba Wireless platforms, including controllers, Instant AP, and Aruba Central
• Aruba ClearPass, covering NAC, AAA, and 802.1X authentication
• Aruba switching across AOS-S and AOS-CX environments
• Routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
• High-availability methods including VSX and VRRP
• Packet capture review for both wired and wireless traffic
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi RF principles and troubleshooting

Preferred Technologies

• Exposure to firewall platforms such as Palo Alto and Fortinet
• Working knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE solutions
• Familiarity with Zscaler
