Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and polished Barber to provide high-end grooming services in a luxury hospitality setting. The position calls for immaculate personal presentation, strong discretion, and exceptional service delivery while serving VVIP and other high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out professional barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, beard shaping, and one-on-one grooming consultations.
• Customize grooming sessions to match each guest’s preferences and expectations.
• Keep all hygiene and sanitation practices at the highest level and in line with UAE requirements.
• Set up, care for, and maintain barbering tools, equipment, and the workstation to luxury service standards.
• Advise guests on appropriate haircare and grooming products.
• Interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Coordinate appointments efficiently and ensure punctual service.
• Remain current on modern barbering methods, trends, and styles.
• Follow Salayel Hospitality’s grooming standards and service procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background as a Barber in luxury salons, hotels, or similarly premium environments.
• Barber certification or related professional training is preferred.
• Strong grooming standards, professional presentation, and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of both traditional and contemporary men’s haircuts and grooming methods.
• Customer-focused mindset with careful attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior exposure to VVIP or high-profile clientele will be considered an advantage.
