Breakfast Assistant

Role overview

The Address Glasgow is hiring a Breakfast Assistant to join its Food and Beverage team. In this role, you will support the Food and Beverage Supervisor by helping serve guests and deliver a consistently high level of customer care.

What you will do

• Provide food and beverage service to guests and customers while following the venue’s service standards and operating procedures.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and complete requests in a timely, efficient manner.
• Understand the menus well enough to describe dishes clearly to guests and identify opportunities to increase sales through appropriate upselling.
• Help ensure each guest has a positive experience and receives excellent service across the food and beverage outlets.
• Keep the outlet clean to the expected standard during your shift and follow scheduled deep-cleaning requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food and beverage customer service setting.
• Availability to work early shifts starting at 6:30am.
• Strong English fluency and solid verbal communication skills.
