Role overview

BeamNG develops a cutting-edge real-time soft-body physics engine designed for entertainment and simulation uses. Its best-known product, BeamNG.drive, is available on Steam in Early Access. The company also offers BeamNG.tech, a platform tailored for academia and industry that supports ADAS, autonomous driving, and driver-training applications, while helping OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, universities, and research institutions address human-centered design and engineering challenges.

What you will do

• Help streamline and improve day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare and refresh CRM records, business presentations, proposals, and related documents.
• Research markets to identify and assess new as well as current business opportunities.
• Study competitor offerings, pricing, sales approaches, and marketing tactics to build competitive insights.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams by contributing to ongoing business development initiatives.

What we are looking for

• A university student currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Previous internship exposure is expected, ideally in business development, venture capital, or technology startup environments.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with sharp analytical ability.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and readiness to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting quickly to change with a strong sense of urgency.

Recruitment process

The hiring process consists of an introductory conversation with the HR team, a follow-up discussion with the Senior Business Development team member, a short case study or assessment, and a stakeholder interview.
