Role Overview
We are looking for a Captain Order to join a restaurant/hospitality team in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on delivering a smooth guest experience, taking orders accurately, and supporting daily front-of-house service.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests in a courteous, professional manner and make them feel attended to from the moment they arrive.
- Walk customers through the menu, answer basic questions, and suggest suitable dishes or options.
- Record orders carefully and enter them into the system without errors.
- Keep track of orders and ensure they are served correctly and on time.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns in a polite, solution-oriented way.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is required.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional manners are expected.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with a team.
- Arabic language proficiency is required; English fluency is preferred.
