CCTV Operator

Role Overview

The organization is looking for a careful and alert CCTV Controller cum Admin to work in the UAE. This position combines surveillance monitoring with administrative assistance to support secure and efficient daily operations.

CCTV Monitoring and Security Duties

• Observe live camera feeds and review recorded video to detect and document unusual or suspicious activity.
• Check that surveillance equipment remains operational and report any faults or technical concerns.
• Keep accurate incident records and daily monitoring logs.
• Report security incidents promptly and coordinate with the appropriate personnel.
• Manage CCTV recordings in line with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support Duties

• Assist the department with routine administrative tasks.
• Organize and maintain both paper-based and digital filing systems.
• Draft reports, letters, and other supporting documentation.
• Handle office supply tracking and raise procurement requests when needed.
• Support attendance records, document handling, and scheduling activities.
• Welcome and assist visitors professionally when necessary.

Requirements

• High school completion or an equivalent qualification is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or administrative work.
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems, including basic troubleshooting.
• Awareness of UAE workplace rules and regulations is considered an advantage.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions

• The role follows an 8-hour workday and a 48-hour workweek.
• Shift duties may include nights, weekends, and public holidays depending on operational needs.
• Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
