About the opportunity
The business is looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to help lead its next stage of expansion. Reporting into and working closely with the partnership group, this executive will oversee core areas such as people and culture, finance, marketing, IT, governance, and day-to-day operations.
What the role involves
This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The COO will be responsible for improving organisational performance, strengthening systems and processes, and creating the operational conditions needed to support growth. The role also includes leading merger and acquisition activity, including post-merger integration, while ensuring strong alignment across a distributed business.
