İş tanımı
Role overview
This project-based opportunity is for specialists who want to support the improvement of AI systems used by leading technology companies. The work focuses on evaluating, testing, and refining AI outputs rather than joining a permanent team. Please share your CV in English and include your English proficiency level.
What the work may include
- Reviewing AI-produced auto insurance claim decisions to verify accuracy, correct coverage handling, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Creating FNOL scenarios that include contradictions, misleading documents, and outdated paperwork to test how resilient the agent is.
- Drafting and assessing fraud-detection examples with structured reason codes such as delayed reporting, a recently bought policy, or inconsistent damage patterns for SIU referral.
- Developing subrogation test cases based on state negligence standards, including comparative and contributory rules, and judging whether recovery is likely.
- Preparing clear test documentation with the right answers, policy references, and payout calculations.
Profile we are looking for
The ideal contributor has a background in insurance claims, legal services, or wider financial services and is comfortable working on part-time, non-permanent assignments. Strong written English is essential.
Experience and qualification expectations
- A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services.
- Recent or current exposure to claims handling or a closely related role.
- Practical understanding of auto insurance coverage decisions, state negligence rules, and adjuster authority limits.
- Credentials such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are viewed positively, although they are not mandatory if your hands-on experience is strong.
- Advanced English writing ability at C1 level or higher.
How the process works
The usual sequence is: submit an application, complete the qualification step(s), join a project, carry out tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Compensation on this project can reach the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on your level and the pace at which you work. Pay levels may differ across other projects depending on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
Application note
Applications must be submitted with a CV in English and a stated English proficiency level.
