Role Overview
The business is growing and is hiring an experienced scheduler to join its South Dublin team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working Hours
The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The role also offers a hybrid arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home, plus an early finish at 4:00 pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities
As part of the scheduling team, you will be responsible for managing care rosters and allocating hours for care staff through the care management system. Your daily work will include arranging cover for annual leave and sick leave, attending weekly team meetings, and dealing with questions from both carers and clients. The environment is busy and varied, so the role suits someone who is organised and able to balance several priorities at once.

Requirements
Applicants must have prior rostering or scheduling experience in a home care environment. Strong organisational and communication abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to work both on your own and within a team are essential. The role also requires good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, fluent English, and full permission to work in Ireland.
