About Emireq
Emireq is developing a next-generation fintech and investment platform focused on building institutional-level infrastructure for investor marketplaces, financial core systems, automated accounting, and compliance-led ecosystems. The product is being designed to scale across regulated markets and multiple global financial jurisdictions.
This is a founding leadership opportunity, not a standard employee role.
Role Overview
Emireq is looking for a senior C-level leader to join as a co-founder and contribute strategy, execution, and capital. This is a genuine partner-level position with board-level influence, long-term equity participation, and responsibility for helping shape the company’s direction worldwide.
The opportunity is intended for professionals who have already operated at executive level and are comfortable building a company from the ground up.
Preferred C-Suite Profiles
- Chief Technology Officer for fintech, SaaS, or platform architecture leadership
- Chief Financial Officer for financial structure, fundraising, and governance
- Chief Operating Officer for execution, scaling, operations, and compliance
- Chief Strategy Officer or Chief Growth Officer for expansion and partnerships
The final title will depend on the candidate’s background and overall fit.
Core Responsibilities
- Step into the role of co-founder rather than serving as an advisor or consultant
- Set the company-wide strategy and help drive it forward
- Own the results and delivery of your functional area
- Take part in board-level decisions
- Lead fundraising, partnerships, or product/platform execution depending on the role
- Help establish governance, compliance, and institutional readiness
- Represent Emireq with investors, partners, and regulators
- Contribute time, leadership, and capital for long-term growth
Investment Commitment
This position requires a personal capital commitment from the co-founder. The investment amount will be agreed jointly at a founder level.
The contributed capital is expected to support platform growth, compliance and licensing efforts, as well as hiring and infrastructure needs.
Equity allocation will be determined by the amount invested, the importance of the role, the level of execution responsibility, and the long-term commitment offered.
Equity Structure
- Compensation is equity-only
- Founder-level equity is offered, not advisory equity
- Vesting will be tied to milestones and sustained commitment
- The focus is on building long-term value rather than pursuing short-term exits
Mandatory Qualifications
- Established experience as a C-level executive or founder
- Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated platforms
- Strong strategic thinking paired with solid execution ability
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage company building
- Willingness to invest and contribute over the long term
- Global perspective and prior remote leadership experience
