What you will do
- Deliver responsive customer support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other program stakeholders across assigned pharmaceutical initiatives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication by phone, email, and fax to gather information and address discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, enter data carefully, and keep program systems and clinical trial management tools up to date.
- Track missing or incomplete information and follow through until issues are resolved in line with program expectations.
- Support compliance monitoring by documenting non-compliance events and helping re-educate stakeholders when needed.
- Escalate urgent issues and prepare clear summaries for supervisors.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of program documentation and materials as needed.
- Keep contact logs current and ensure work follows SOPs and program-specific guidelines.
- Help with additional operational tasks such as onboarding support, updates to training materials, and site coordination when assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; some college-level education is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a related operational position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized while managing several programs at once.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working under deadlines.
- Capability to work independently while following structured procedures and compliance rules.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early shifts, standard hours, and occasional evening or on-call coverage.
- Ability to adjust quickly in a regulated, dynamic, and fast-paced workplace.
