About the Role
The Palawan @ Sentosa, located at Palawan Beach on Sentosa Island, is Shangri-La Group’s first independent lifestyle and entertainment destination. It extends the brand’s hospitality beyond hotels and combines beachside leisure, food and beverage experiences, and family-focused attractions in one vibrant setting.
This destination includes experiences such as electric go-kart racing, beach mini golf, and both family-friendly and adults-only beach club concepts. The team is focused on creating memorable guest moments every day.
The organization is seeking a Coordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) to support operations at The Palawan @ Sentosa.
What You Will Do
- Support safe and enjoyable guest participation across the attractions by actively monitoring activities and assisting visitors.
- Handle ticketing and retail transactions with accuracy to help maintain smooth guest movement and reliable sales operations.
- Answer guest and visitor questions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns and sharing the information they need.
- Maintain and reinforce service standards so that guest experiences remain consistent and high in quality.
- Work with colleagues from other departments to coordinate service delivery and meet operational requirements.
- Work across rotating shifts to ensure support is available throughout the attraction’s operating hours.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore at The Palawan @ Sentosa.
