Role Overview

This position focuses on ground operations in a station or hub environment. The work may involve van or truck courier duties, bike courier tasks, foot courier runs, international collection and delivery, domestic collection and delivery, and customer service support.

Core Duties

You will be responsible for completing operational activities at station and hub locations. These activities can include ramp and sort work, courier activities, and dispatch coordination. The role requires that all processes are carried out safely and within the expected timeframes.
