About the Company
Trigent Software Private Limited is hiring for an international voice BPO customer support position.
Role Overview
This opportunity is for a customer support professional handling international voice interactions. The role is based in office and follows a US rotational night-shift schedule.
Eligibility
This opening is intended for any graduate with fresher status, provided the candidate has only worked in international voice processes within MNC companies. Strong communication skills and prior experience in international voice support are essential.
Job Details
- Role: Customer Support - International Voice
- Work location: Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune
- Work arrangement: Work from office
- Weekly schedule: 5 working days with Saturday and Sunday fixed off
- Shift pattern: US rotational shift, including night shifts
- Transport support: 2-way cab facility available
- Compensation: 3 LPA
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, as well as chat and email queries from international clients.
- Address customer concerns by identifying suitable solutions and offering alternatives within defined timelines.
