What you will do
- Form and guide mixed teams that bring both qualitative and quantitative strengths, using insight-led thinking to address changing market needs.
- Handle client partnerships and ensure AI and data initiatives are delivered successfully.
- Support the expansion of the AI practice through growth-focused and innovative thinking.
- Use data-backed recommendations to brief senior leaders and shape business decisions.
- Provide strategic advice to business stakeholders and deliver solutions that are compelling and evidence based.
- Oversee several projects across different industries and build solutions grounded in data and analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations for both internal teams and clients, translating findings clearly.
- Address complex issues in areas such as data governance, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Explain business value using scientific storytelling and advanced data visualization.
- Create AI-enabled language solutions that help systems understand and respond to human speech.
- Design and deliver AI solutions using deep learning and neural network models to convert data into actionable insight.
- Run engagements from early ideation and prototyping through development and deployment.
About you
You are expected to bring strong experience in using data to generate insight and a genuine interest in helping clients mature their analytics capability. A background in managing people and leading AI or data work is important.
Education and experience
- A degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience deploying machine learning algorithms for analytics-led digital transformation work.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, including leading teams on AI and data initiatives.
