Databricks Developer

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Databricks Developer to build and improve modern data solutions. The role involves working on Databricks-based platforms to support scalable engineering, analytics, and machine learning use cases.

Experience and Location

This position is open for professionals with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience. Work locations mentioned for this opportunity include Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Bhubaneswar.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and tune data solutions using Databricks, Spark, and associated technologies.
• Create and support data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouse workflows using Databricks, Delta Lake, and related tools.
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize machine learning models and improve model workflow efficiency.
• Improve the speed, reliability, and scalability of Spark jobs, Databricks notebooks, and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities, offer technical direction, and maintain strong data quality standards.
