Delivery Driver

Overview

NAPA Canada is hiring a full-time delivery driver in Victoria, British Columbia, to move automotive parts and related equipment to customers. This role sits in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where professionalism, reliability, and customer interaction matter every day.

As part of the team, you’ll represent the company through your uniform, company vehicle, and service standards while helping keep deliveries accurate and on schedule.

What you will do

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers.
• Check orders carefully before leaving and again during the delivery process.
• Load and unload parts as needed.
• Keep communication clear and professional with customers and coworkers.
• Offer courteous, helpful service with a friendly attitude.

What you need

• A valid driver’s license.
• The physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

About the division

The Auto Parts Division focuses on selling, distributing, and marketing replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. It operates one of Canada’s largest distribution networks for vehicle replacement parts. The division includes NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping for imported vehicle parts, and CMAX for paint and body supplies.
