Role summary
Mars United is looking for a Designer who can produce thoughtful, polished creative work that helps brands stand out in real-world environments. The role contributes to shopper marketing, brand, advertising, and digital projects, guiding ideas from early thinking through to final execution. You will work alongside creative and account colleagues to deliver design that is both strategically effective and visually refined.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will create strong creative solutions from briefs, turn ideas into visual executions across print, digital, experiential, and retail channels, and develop contemporary design from concepts or creative direction. You will also collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and account teams, help build design systems, guidelines, and toolkits, present work clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, and support new business pitches with engaging, idea-driven creative.
Required experience and skills
The ideal candidate brings proven experience producing quality design across different formats, plus a portfolio that shows creativity, adaptability, and strong attention to detail. You should have a sound understanding of core design principles and visual storytelling, be comfortable using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software, and be able to manage deadlines without losing consistency or craft. A collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, curiosity, and a genuine desire to keep developing your skills are also important.
