Role Overview

This position is a strong opportunity to join the Omnichannel Experience team at an important growth stage for Maxi Zoo Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Experience, the role focuses primarily on the successful launch and ongoing management of the Friends loyalty programme and app in Ireland.

The role covers day-to-day operational support for the app, loyalty campaigns, CRM activity, vouchers, customer journeys and related content so that everything continues to run accurately and smoothly. It also includes support for wider omnichannel activity such as online trading assistance, promotions, content changes, reporting, Ship from Store coordination and quick commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
