Role overview

Join a planning and coordination-focused position in Stuttgart where you help ensure goods reach the right place at the right time. The company is looking for someone to start as soon as possible in a full-time, on-site role.

What you will do

• Coordinate goods dispatch and maintain reliable delivery capability so shipments arrive where and when they are needed.
• Handle order processing from start to finish.
• Plan vehicle fleet usage and transport provider assignments while keeping overall operations in view.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and freight partners.
• Manage the flow of goods to keep processes smooth and efficient.

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training or a comparable business background with good handling of figures and operational processes.
• Initial experience in dispatching, forwarding, or a similar area is an advantage.
• Strong organizational ability and a calm approach when things get busy.
• Flexibility and resilience when dealing with challenges.
• Structured and independent working style with the ability to identify what needs doing and take action.
• Good to very good German language skills in speaking and writing for confident communication in business settings.
