About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for a remote entry-level Data Entry Clerk Admin to help keep information organized, support routine record updates, and assist with structured administrative tasks across remote workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with everyday operational tasks, record maintenance, and coordination across teams.
• Keep internal documents accurate, orderly, and up to date.
• Share clear updates, questions, and progress notes with relevant team members.
• Handle confidential business, client, employee, or financial information carefully when needed.
• Help ensure remote work is dependable, organized, and error-free.

Required Qualifications

• Strong focus on accuracy, clear communication, and dependable work habits.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and complete tasks through to finish.
• Comfort working within a structured business environment.
• Capability to manage documents, records, and operational assignments with care.
• Good organization and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to remote team support or documentation-focused work.
• Background in administrative, operational, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support roles.
• Ability to maintain precision in recurring tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in the United States. The role may involve either individual work or coordination-oriented responsibilities depending on team needs.
