Role Summary
This position is for a German-speaking Executive Assistant who will act as the CEO’s close operational support and day-to-day right hand. The role centers on protecting the CEO’s time, managing priorities, handling logistics, and making sure important tasks are tracked through to completion. It combines executive administration, project coordination, and strategic execution. The role may also involve support for go-to-market work and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the CEO’s inbox and communications, including drafting replies, sorting priorities, and ensuring prompt follow-up with investors and partners. You will also take ownership of the CEO’s calendar and travel planning, coordinating demanding domestic and international schedules.
You may attend important meetings with the CEO to note action items and help drive follow-through across teams. The role also includes researching potential partners, market developments, and industry opportunities to prepare the CEO for key conversations.
In addition, you will handle outreach in the DACH region using native-level German, create and polish documents for board meetings, investor presentations, and internal decks, and step into operational or commercial tasks when needed to strengthen reporting and workflows.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. A background of 2–3 years in a fast-growing startup is required.
Strong German skills are essential, with native or professional fluency needed to manage important communication in both German and English. You should bring excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle many tasks without losing accuracy.
A startup mindset is important as well: you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to take initiative, eager to make an impact, and able to stay composed under pressure.
Why Join Us?
This role offers close exposure to the inner workings of a category-defining identity security company, with direct collaboration alongside senior leaders. Your work will have a meaningful impact by enabling the CEO to focus more fully on scaling the business.
The company also provides an UrbanSports membership to support health and wellbeing, along with a competitive compensation package and room for growth as the business expands.
Application Instructions
Applicants should send a resume and a short introduction in both English and German. Applications can be submitted by email or through the company careers page.
