Role overview

The Expeditor acts as the link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring food moves out accurately and on time. The role includes checking order completion, refining plating and presentation, and making sure food safety and sanitation expectations are consistently followed.

Key duties

• Confirm that every dish is correct, complete, and presented to the required standard.
• Finish plates with consistent garnishes and strong attention to detail.
• Relay guest requests, allergy information, and feedback to the kitchen clearly and promptly.
• Keep the expediting station tidy, organized, and compliant with health and safety practices.
• Help the team with light food preparation and running dishes when needed.
