Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative to join a residential sales team covering South Donegal and North Sligo. In this position, you will represent a leading telecommunications brand and sell premium broadband solutions to households across a defined territory.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting residential customers in person to learn about their home connectivity requirements.
- Presenting broadband offerings clearly and working toward individual sales targets.
- Serving as a polished, customer-focused representative of the brand.
Training and Experience
Applicants with direct sales experience are welcome, but it is not essential. Full, paid training is provided for people who bring confidence, drive, and a willingness to learn.
Pay and Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary of €32,000 to €34,000 per year, along with an annual quarterly bonus of up to €4,000 and uncapped commission based on performance. You will also receive a company vehicle, smartphone, and tablet to support your work.
Additional benefits include weekly pay, complimentary Vodafone Home Broadband and TV after 6 months of service, staff discounts, a reduced healthcare plan, and access to wellbeing support.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person is positive, target-driven, and an effective communicator who can quickly build trust with members of the public. A full, clean driving licence is essential because the role requires travel across the territory.
