Finance Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a part-time Finance Manager in Abu Dhabi, with a hybrid setup that combines on-site work and remote work from home. The role is centered on keeping the organization financially healthy through planning, oversight, and process improvement.

What You Will Do

You will take charge of financial planning and analysis, keep budgets under control, and help maintain compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves producing financial reports, creating approaches that improve financial performance, watching cash movement, working with leadership on business priorities, and strengthening financial controls and processes.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow review, financial reporting, compliance oversight, and risk management. Hands-on experience with accounting systems and financial modeling is important, along with strong analytical judgment, problem-solving ability, and confident decision-making. Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also required.

Education and Professional Background

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree is considered an advantage. Professional credentials such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred. Prior experience in a finance management position, especially in a compliance-focused environment, will strengthen the application.
