Preferred qualifications
- Background in managing prioritization, designing and executing projects, and working effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven success operating in a complex global organization, with the ability to plan and manage work at both strategic and operational levels while staying highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize, synthesize, and present research-backed content clearly.
- Strong problem-solving ability, combining conceptual thinking and practical execution, especially when dealing with ambiguous situations and organizational complexity.
Compensation and benefits
The role is compensated based on factors such as role-specific skills, relevant experience, and education or training. In the US, the base salary range is $116,000 to $167,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
