Key responsibilities

  • Lead talent attraction efforts by finding, engaging, and closing high-caliber candidates for both technical roles, including network, software, and systems engineering, and non-technical roles such as operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Shape and manage Share’s employer brand in global talent markets through referrals, communities, LinkedIn, and every candidate touchpoint.
  • Own the complete hiring lifecycle, from intake with the founders and job brief creation to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer handling.
  • Maintain the recruiting infrastructure, including the ATS, data hygiene, process documentation, and the operating system the company will scale on; the current ATS is Ashby.
  • Partner with the founders on hiring philosophy, compensation approach, and top-of-funnel strategy, bringing clear opinions and guidance to the discussion.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally gained in a startup environment or a boutique search firm.
  • Proven track record of hiring highly technical talent, especially network, systems, and software engineers.
  • Practical experience managing an ATS from start to finish, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or a similar platform.
  • Strong sourcing ability and an instinct for finding hard-to-reach talent.
  • Ability to build and communicate a compelling employer brand story.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly in a lean, founder-led setting.
  • Preferred experience recruiting for talent in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Helpful background in recruiting for infrastructure, telecom, fintech, or deep-tech companies.
  • Executive search or retained search experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation workflows is an advantage.
