Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Freelance Executive Assistant in the professional services sector, based in New York, NY. The assignment runs for 6 months and is suited to someone who can support senior leadership with a high level of organization, discretion, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a busy executive calendar, set up meetings, and structure time blocks so schedules run efficiently and without conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements from start to finish, including itineraries and related logistics.
- Handle expense submissions and maintain invoice tracking to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Act as a main liaison for the executive, connecting with internal teams, clients, and outside partners as needed.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level leadership.
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with comfort interacting with a range of stakeholders.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
